on Windows i use PhotoShop
6.0. it is a very powerful and versatile graphics manipulation tool. you can
download a trial version at www.adobe.com.
on Linux i use The GIMP which also is a great
graphics tool.. and it's free! There are Linux AS WELL AS a Windows versions. you can
download it at www.gimp.com.
